Reservations Our traffic volume can fluctuate rapidly without warning and we often find our calendar completely booked. Be sure to reserve your date as soon as possible to avoid closeouts or delays. We ask that you allow two months in advance for occasional celebraion cakes, and four months to a year in advance for weddings. Tastings We encourage you to make an appointment at least two weeks from your tasting date. Tasting / 45 minute consultation fee is $50. The price will be deducted from the cost of the cake if a deposit is paid at the tasting.We come to your home or location for the tasting. Most tasting are scheduled Monday thru Thursday, on the weekend we are busy decorating. If you cannot meet any of these days, arrangements can be made. Pricing Since every one of our cakes is a made-to-order customized creation,it is not possible for us to display a fixed price list. We are unable to predict your final cost until we know what interests you. Our Cakes range from $6-$15 per person. Tiered or stacked cakes start at a minimum of $350 for 50 people. All Sculpted and 3-D cakes start at a minimum of $500 for 50 people. The final price is based on the design components, and number of guests served. Quality Please keep in mind that we have very high standards of quality, using the best ingredients we can. Deposit We require a 50% deposit, 2 months in advance for custom cakes, and a 50% deposit and signed contract, 4 months in advance for wedding cakes. We require full payment one week prior to the event. Deposits are non-refundable / non-transferable. We accept cash, and all major credit cards through PayPal: All of our cakes are delivered. Based in NY, we serve Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island & The Bronx, along with New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. Other areas might be possible if the cake can be delivered safely. The first 15 miles are free, after that delivery fees are based on miles traveled, fuel consumed, tolls incurred and hours between locations. Cancellations Cancellations made more than two weeks prior to the event will result in a full refund minus any tasting fees incurred. Cancellations made two weeks prior to event will result in a loss of your deposit. "Express" orders received after the usual time guidelines may become available if there have been openings due to schedule changes. |
